With over 27 years of massage experience I am here to provide you with a great massage.

I am trained in Thai massage, Myofascial Release, Swedish massage, Neuromuscular Re-eduction, Deep Tissue massage, and several kinds of Energy Work. 

My table massages can be focused into several styles from nurturing, to firm pressure, to specific work, or broad general relaxing work. I also enjoy working on the mat giving Thai Massage. 

 I believe the pressure during a massage should be delicious not painful. Possibly spicy (That hurts so good!) as long as it is delicious for you. I also believe the body has amazing abilities to heal and shift patterns in a relaxed safe state as it searches for balance.
